Smoking Cessation (ACESS): Free, group support programs and Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) at a reduced cost.

Accessible Chances for Everyone to Stop Smoking (A.C.E.S.S.) programs can provide you with support to quit. These FREE group programs are offered day or evening with sessions in various areas of the city.  Subsidized nicotine replacement therapy, the patch or gum, is available for eligible participants. Please call for details.

Health Information Line: The Ottawa Public Health Information Line provides one-to-one telephone counselling. It provides referrals to community support services and can mail out support information.
